A. Right of Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the last item in your order.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of discounted items.
- Hijabs and bones for hygiene reasons.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen (14) days expire.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
General Guidelines for Returns
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection during transport.
- Please ensure that the returned items are in the same condition as when received. Items missing labels, or with stains, odors (e.g., makeup, perfume, sweat), pet hair, or other signs of use, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Do not send returns unpaid. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted.
Please note: The aforementioned guidelines (1–3) are not mandatory for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
